百叶片是千叶轮的一种简化产品，主要使用于工业生产中的打磨抛光，也是属于工业耗材产品的一种。叶轮基体有网布、尼龙、塑料、钢纸等，页片多少不等，呈扇形均匀分布。粒度36#-400#，以60#、80#最常见，外径4"-7"装于角向磨光机，用于焊缝、正边毛刺的打磨及修磨加工，可与钹形砂轮互换用，有弹性好、效率高、散热好、噪音低的优点 可代替树脂钹型砂轮，它具有较强的弹性、较高的抗拉抗弯强度，自锐性好、磨削率高、低噪音，适用于箱体内焊缝及冲压件飞边的打磨。主要应用于各种不锈钢及碳钢结构件的研磨与抛光处理。
