3   Operations:

Open battery compartment cover, take out the polarity insulator, and put on the cover, then the meter starts to work.

4 Attentions

◎4-1. In case any abnormal display occurs, please take out the power-supply battery and put back the battery after 2 seconds, then the meter returns to normal display.

◎4-2.Please put away the replaced battery at the place appointed by Government.

◎4-3.We will not inform separately in case of any changes made to this meter.
