2. Within one year from the sale date, if there are any accessory problems, you just provide the photos of damaged accessory, then we will provide free accessory.

Q1. What’s the payment term?
A. We accept TT, 30% deposit and 70% balance

Q2. Is sample available for test?

1).Usually 1 piece of charged sample for customer's testing.

2).Sample fee is refundable once reach the products of MOQ.

Q3. How’s the delivery time?
A. After received payment about 10-25 days for production.

Q4. Tell me the standard of package?
A. For the small capacity, color box as inner package and carton as delivery package. For big capacity, use strong wooden case for protection.

Q5. How about the logo? OEM will be ok?
A. Our logo is TTN. If you place big order, we can accept your logo. So OEM is ok. But you use our logo al-pigeons will be high appreciated.
