戴助听器常遇到的问题
1.如何佩戴助听器?
初次使用助听器您也许会觉得声音不够真实清晰。因为您已经习惯了原来的听力状况,当使用助听器后,听到的是些不熟悉的声音,因此一时不能适应。解决问题的主要方法是进行必要的适应性训练,刚开始佩带的时间不要太长,音量不要过大,慢慢适应。
2.如何进行适应性训练?
助听器适应性训练并不复杂,总的原则是坚持戴用、分步适应：
(1)从每日戴用时间上讲,宜从短到长;
(2)从音量调节上看,宜先小后大;
(3)从交际环境说,宜先安静后曹杂、先简单后复杂。
如此循序渐进,才能使您尽快渡过适应期,使助听器的作用最大限度地发挥出来。
3.戴用助听器为何会产生啸叫?
耳塞与耳道接触部位封闭不严,放大的声音从缝隙中泄露出来又返回到麦克风再次被放大.就会产生啸叫。这种现象类似于我们常见的麦克风靠近音响时出现啸叫声那样。
(1)手或某个物件靠近助听器，因为部分声音反射在手掌或物件上又传回麦克风进一步放大所致。
(2)助听器没有完全塞入耳道或与耳道壁密封不紧，放大后的声音泄露并传回麦克风所致。
(3)耳内有大量的耳屎，发生耳屎栓塞，放大后的声音反射到耳屎上再次传给麦克风，也将产生反馈。
4. 怎样避免啸叫?
(1)先将助听器音量调节旋钮调到“1”的位置，然后将耳塞塞入耳内并尽量塞紧，再将音量调到最清晰位置。
(2)如果耳塞无法塞紧请换另一个比较合适的耳塞试试，塞紧耳朵,不要泄漏空气。
