A Fiberglass cast is a lighter, synthetic alternative to the traditional plaster version

Higher Strength, Light Weight: 5 times lighter, 20 times harder than plaster bandage, require less maintenance and easier to be cut.
Good Air Permeability: Unique knitted net sturcture make the bandage many holes in the surface to keep good air ventilation and prevent sking damp, hot or pruritus, more comfortable
Waterproof: The mositure absorbed percent is 85% less than plaster bandage, even on the situation of the patient touching the water, taking a shower, it still can keep dry in the injured part.

B Easy Operation, Fast Molding, Excellent X-ray Radiolucency

Molding Fast: Hardens with 3~5 minutes of immersion in water, weight bearing in 20~30 minutes.
Easy Operation: Room temperature operation, short time, goood molding feature, apply for First-Aid.
Excellent X-ray Radiolucency: It convenient to take X-ray photos and to check the bone healing without removing the bandage.

How to Use:

1. Wear the gloves and choose the proper specifications, use the cast padding or stockinet on the fixed part.
2. Open a bag, the cast immersion in 20℃~ water at 4-6 seconds and press 2-3 times, take it out and lightly squeeze out the excess water.
3. Wrap the cast spirally according to the need, keep the proper tension. Wrap 2-4 layers at non-weight-bearing position and 4-6 layers at weight-bearing position.
4. Shape the wrapped cast according to the need. The solidify time is 3-5 minutes, bearing weight in 20 minutes of application.

Notes:

1. Wear gloves to avoid the polyurethane touching and adhering the skin.
2. Open one bag at one time and use the cast immediately. Don't open multi bags at the same time,to avoid weakening the strength.
3. The cast need to be cut and removed by the electric cast saw.
4. Pay attention to avoid breakage of the bags during transportation and storage, for touching moisture in the air can cause the cast to solidify.
