基本介绍

主要用于于汽车、船舶、火车及工程机械上的燃油系统、传动系统中的汽油、柴油等燃油的输送。也可以适用100℃以内，60BAR压力以下的润滑油、酸碱液体、水、氧气乙炔等各类液气的输送。产品的主材料为晋朗NBR橡胶。产品在厂内完成SAEJ30R9的自检。

Overview

Mainly used in fuel systems and transmission systems of automobiles, ships, trains, and engineering machinery for transporting gasoline, diesel, and other fuels. Also suitable for conveying lubricants, acid-base liquids, water, oxygen-acetylene, and other liquids/gases within 100°C and below 60 BAR pressure. The primary material is Jinlang NBR rubber. The product undergoes in-house self-inspection according to SAE J30 R9.

Excellent Temperature Resistance: Can operate normally between -20°C and +100°C.

Low Permeability: Produced according to CARB standards, permeability below 15g/m²/day.

High Durability: Anti-oxidation and UV-resistant formula ensures long service life.

进口橡胶：胶管采用SAE标准橡胶原料，质地均匀，无扭劲，无脱层，表面无杂质。

耐油性能佳：胶管为第三代专利配方橡胶，含胶量45%以上，耐油、耐温性好。

高爆破，承压强：内嵌特级强化涤纶纱，爆破压力高达60公斤，安全稳定。

使用寿命长：抗氧化、抗紫外线配方处理，使用寿命为普通胶管的2倍。

尺寸：内径3mm-25mm范围内任意定制。

厚度：1mm-5mm范围内任意定制。

编织：单双层编织、高密度、纱线类型、颜色等定制。

压力：最高250公斤级压力定制，支持负压。

温度：-34℃~+135℃范围内定制。

硬度：65-100硬度内的定制。

1.Size: Custom inner diameters from 3mm to 25mm.

2.Thickness: Custom thickness from 1mm to 5mm.

3.Braiding: Single/double-layer braiding, high density, yarn type, color, etc.

4.Pressure: Custom pressure up to 250 kg, including vacuum pressure support.

5.Temperature: Custom range from -34°C to +135°C.

6.Hardness: Custom hardness from 65 to 100.
