The new model optimizes the connection process between the hinge base and arm, adopting a thickened cold-rolled steel one-piece stamping forming design. The thickness of the stress-bearing parts is increased by 15%, with a single hinge having a maximum load-bearing capacity of up to 20kg, which can stably support large-sized and heavy door panels. The fixed buckle is reinforced for tight and non-loosening engagement. Even with frequent opening and closing over a long period, it can keep the door panel flat, effectively preventing the door from shaking or sagging.
