Adopting an innovative mechanical structure design of the hinge arm, it enables 175° wide-angle unobstructed opening and closing. When the cabinet door is opened, it fits closely against the side panel of the cabinet without blocking the internal storage space at all.
Compared with conventional 90°–120° hinges, it makes accessing and storing bulky items (such as cookware, bedding and storage boxes) much easier, improving storage access efficiency by more than 50%. It is suitable for various furniture cabinet doors including wardrobes, kitchen cabinets, wine cabinets and storage cabinets.
The hinge body is made of thickened cold-rolled steel and manufactured via precision stamping technology. The thickness of the stress-bearing parts is increased by 20%, with a single hinge boasting a maximum load-bearing capacity of up to 30kg, which can stably support large-sized and heavy door panels.
The fixed base adopts a reinforced screw-locking design, fitting tightly with the cabinet after installation. It will not loosen or deform even with frequent opening and closing over a long period, and has a service life far longer than that of ordinary hinges.
