The lead time at the following MOQ,Sample lead time:within7 working days
(1) 1000 to 10K pcs:15 working days after sample confirmation.
(2) 10K to 20K pcs:20 working days after sample confirmation.
(3)>20K pcs:15-20 working days according to size and crafts.
Can you help with the design? What format of the design file you want for printing?

:Is the sample charge can be refundable?
Yes, normally the sample charge can be retundable when you confirm the mass production,
