  商家解释 客户买了几十元的牙刷，客户收到货签收后两天左右过来说 ，个别盒子有裂开的，问过说包装也没有破损。已经签收后两天，这边没法判断个别盒子怎么裂开的，因为是塑料盒子 ，如果快递箱放家里地上不小心踩一脚也容易坏。 这边说不管什么原因 ，有盒子破损的这边可以免费补发盒子，客户又不同意，说不要了，退货也不想承担运费。2024-01-02 10:28:07
